Venture Road Focuses on affordable travel opportunities for people that we work with. When it comes to business, large and small, we partner to provide employees incentives for meeting goals and high achievements. This helps businesses meet their bottom line, boost productivity and offer great experiences to individuals and groups. In addition to incentivizing people, business who partner with us contribute to volunteering in many capacities - thus helping meet community engagement goals, achieve civic value initiatives and showcase social responsibilities.

We work with partners to go above and beyond temporary fixes and create lasting impact in their communities, cities, states, countries and world. Venture Road offers a way to ensure that all financial gifts go towards making travel possible for young people. As a donor, you and/or your organization can meet missions and commitments that you have to the community and the people in it. Giving to Venture Road is the perfect way to give to the world.
Venture Road partners with Colorado State University - Pueblo, accrediting Venture Road’s tours. Any traveler, no mater their age can choose to make use of this. Participants can receive an accredited certificate from CSU-Pueblo, stating the number of Continuing Education Units or CEU’s. CEUs, are awarded by many education and training providers to signify successful completion of non-credit programs and courses intended to improve the knowledge and skills of people.
This means the following:
For students: You will have a professionally accredited certificate that is transferable to any profession in any country.
The certificate that is worth up to 35 CEU’s per tour could be converted into 3.5 credits since they are from an accredited institution. Students simply need to check with their college of choice.
For Professionals: Educators, non-profit employees, etc. may be required to attain a certain amount of professional development courses, classes, seminars, workshops, etc. in order to keep a certain certification. Venture Road will qualify for those expectations.
For Educational Institutions: Schools of all kinds and all grade levels can provide this opportunity for their students to not only have an educational and impactful experience, but the school can allow students to earn college credit before they graduate. Concurrent enrollment is one of the best ways to encourage students to attend and finish college.

Venture Road prepares participants for the world of work, school and life in general through workforce development. Our educational program is created and centered around a vast curriculum that enriches the tours that we provide. We bring key lessons in soft skills and hard skills to life through exploration, self discovery, formal study, and the implementation of lessons learned. Delivered in an experiential learning format, members of our group leave their experience having a deeper commitment of their own missions in life, and with the tools to navigate the complexities of today’s ever-changing world.
A central pillar of our curriculum is to strengthen individual communication skills, including personal communication, public speaking, interviewing, facilitation development and presentation techniques that will help them excel in the companies of tomorrow – especially those skills related to hospitality and marketing industries. Aside from that, we teach participants how to interview, best practices for resume development and how to express their experience with us to stand above all of the other competition that they will have when job hunting.
Our participants not only get trained on a specific job of their choosing, but they have the training necessary to diversify themselves enough to compete for any job.

YFU NETHERLANDS is a non-profit volunteer organization that offers young people the opportunity to exchange and live with a local host family for more than 60 years. In this way they learn a different culture and speak a foreign language. Foreign students give Dutch host families the chance to discover a different world at their own kitchen table. Venture Road and YFU - There Netherlands works on ways to engage youth from around the world in order to build global communities.
